SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The poster presentation has two categories: Original Research or Case report (or Case Series).  Please be informed that it is the authors’ sole responsibility to check for an accuracy of their works and abstract, English spellings and grammar, as your submitted abstract will not be edited by committee and will be appeared as typed. The abstract submitted beyond the deadline will not be considered.

Titles: Abstract titles are limited to 30 words or less. The title should be dynamic and conclusive, rather than descriptive. It must be relevant to the abstract body.

Authors: Enter first (given) name, and last (family/surname) name for each author plus institution/affiliation. One person must be identified (*) as the presenting author.

Abstract Text: All abstracts should be 300 words or less written in ENGLISH using Microsoft Word with the Times New Roman font size 12. When composing your text, be sure to use a word processor (MS Word, save as .doc or .docx) in order to save your abstract.

The body of the structured abstract for Original research includes Background and Objective(s), Methods, Results and Conclusion for original research. For Case reports, the body includes Introduction, Case history, Treatment provides and Treatment outcome.

Provide up to five keywords in an alphabetical order that best describe your studies and separate them by comma.

Upon entering the submission page of the MIES2024 website for the first time, please follow the submission process carefully and create an account with your email and password along with your personal information. Abstract submission will only be made electronically via the submission page of the MIES 2024 website. Please select the proper category of your abstract/work for a reviewing purpose. 

Your submission will be acknowledged through your e-mail address, and the abstract ID number issued by the scientific committee will be used for future reference and correspondence. Please be advised not to repeat your abstract submission again, if you do not receive the acknowledgement e-mail, please contact the MIES 2024 conference web administrator’s email at secretariat@miessymposium.com . Should you need any further assistance regarding abstract preparation and submission, please email admin. Submission and withdrawal of your submitted abstract can be done by sending an e-mail to secretariat@miessymposium.com prior to 15 July 2024.
